FAVORITE BASEBALL MOMENT: The Stros getting to the world series for the first time....heck that whole 2005 season was my favorite moment.

i'm a yankee fan, so i just have to say - you can't blame the team or its fans for wanting andy back. as you've seen, he's awesome :)

I guess I'm more angry at him lol. I expect this from them so I'm not surprised (no offense) but he was giving the "I want to play closer to my family" card and he then turned around a few years later and took the money. I'll watch their games because watching him pitch is like a thing of beauty. Those eyes are just...yeah. :-)

yea i can understand that. i was actually kinda surprised that he came back. ecstatic, but surprised. it's weird, cause i do think he wanted to be near his family, but i don't think he really wanted to leave the yankees either. but you're right - watching him pitch is a thing of beauty. he's been my favorite baseball player since '96, even when he was on the astros :)

and don't worry about not being surprised about the way the yankees operate. i know what you mean, and i'm totally not a psycho fan who'd get mad that you thought it hehe.
